Chief Philanthropy Officer
Beginning as a Jews for Jesus board member in 2019, Marc joined the staff as chief philanthropy officer in 2021. His team maintains a vital connection to our ministry partners, whose prayers and generosity help make our work possible.
Marc grew up in Los Angeles in a culturally Jewish home and became a believer in Jesus in his 40s as a business professional when a Christian colleague introduced him to Yeshua. He recalls, “Each and every time I would get a new salesperson or a new assistant, within weeks they would come in with a Bible for me! It was that unconditional love that drew me into a relationship with the King.”
Marc achieved success as an entrepreneur in professional services, publishing, and consulting businesses until God gave him a desire to use his experience in Christian service. Some of his key leadership roles have included vice president of Joni and Friends International Disability Ministry, president of Gospel Light Worldwide, national director of the International Bible League, and co-founder of the Global Center for Nonprofit Excellence.
Marc has a master of business administration. He lives in Southern California with his wife, Sylvia. They have five children and eight grandchildren.
Marc talks about his journey to faith in Jesus and his ministry to our financial partners.
